Employer Matching Gift Programs

Thank you for thinking of the Foundation in your charitable giving! As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Foundation is eligible to receive matching gifts. When making a donation, the Foundation invites you to ask your employer whether it has a matching gift program. If so, please fill out your employer's matching gift form and send it to HHCEF, P.O. Box 114, Montrose, NY 10548.
The Foundation will fill out the non-profit's section and send it back to your employer to receive the donation.
